Manjari, born on April 17, 1986, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is a prominent Indian playback singer and Hindustani vocalist. She began her musical journey at a young age, making her first stage appearance with the rock band Shiva while in the eighth grade. Manjari gained recognition in the film industry with her debut in the 2005 Malayalam film Achuvinte Amma, where she sang two songs, including a duet with the legendary K.J. Yesudas. Since then, she has collaborated with various renowned composers and has recorded over 300 songs across multiple languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu.

Throughout her career, Manjari has received several accolades, including the Kerala State Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer in 2004 and 2008 for her songs in Makalkku and Vilapangalkappuram, respectively. In addition to her playback singing, she is also known for her performances in Hindustani classical music and Ghazals, and she has established her own band for Ghazal concerts. Manjari continues to be an influential figure in the Indian music scene, actively performing and contributing to various musical projects.
